Nurse Practitioner Pediatrics

Our small family oriented private practice is looking for an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical care team.  This is a full-time permanent position.  We are centrally located in San Diego.

Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

• 1 + years work experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a pediatric private practice or clinic setting. 
• We will consider a new NP grad with a CA license and prior nursing experience in pediatrics. 
• California Pediatric Nurse Practitioner license.
• California furnishing license.
• Strong commitment to first class customer service.
• Excellent verbal & written English language communication skills.

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

• Work independently to provide clinical patient care in a private practice setting.  Approximately 14 patient visits per day.
• See patients for well child office visits, sick child office visits as well as management of ongoing conditions providing diagnosis, treatment and support to children and their families.
• Use EMR for chart notes.

Practice hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

We are offering approx. $55.00 hr. based on experience.  Health, dental and vision insurance; 5 weeks of PTO per year and paid major holidays.
