Office Assistant  Customer Support  Healthy diet and fitness

Established and growing company with business office located in Clairemont looking for an Office Assistant – Customer Support Representative.   We are in the healthy diet business specializing in custom meal plans with a diet and healthy nutrition focus.   We are looking for a like minded office assistant with administrative skills and a passion for health and fitness to provide office support to our business and our customers.   Put your office and customer service skills to work keeping us stay organized, answering incoming phone calls, texts and emails and supporting us in the office.    As a company we offer a positive and fun work environment with opportunity for personal and professional growth.  

The position is 30 – 35 hours per week, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Office Assistant Customer Support Job Description

As an Office Assistant – Customer Support Representative with our company you will be answering incoming calls, texts and emails while providing first class customer service.  You will be using your office and administrative skills to organize calendars, customer orders, business files and new accounts.  You will be using your customer service skills to follow up with new and existing customers ensuring quality service and happy customers.   You will be using your office skills to enter and document service and sales on the company computer system.  You will be using your ability to be a team player to provide a positive work environment for yourself, your team and the customers you help.

Office Assistant Customer Support Job Requirements

  • High School graduate
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills, we use MS office (word and excel) QuickBooks and Google drive.
  • A minimum of 2 years office, retail sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • We would prefer you to believe in our passion for health and fitness.

​This is a full-time permanent position with opportunity for personal and professional growth.  

The schedule will be Monday – Friday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm    

The pay rate is $14.00 – 15.00  hr. to start.  + Bonus monthly based on overall company sales.
