This well established and growing private practice is looking for an experienced Insurance Authorization Specialist / Patient Coordinator for specialty surgery.

 

Full time direct hire position

 

·        Located centrally in San Diego

·        Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm schedule

·        Heavy phone contact with Patients and Insurance Companies

·        Research patients insurance coverage and secure authorizations  

·        Coordinate care with patients and provide ongoing support and guidance

·        Authorizations for tests and procedures

·        Schedule test and procedures

·        Back up to Receptionist as time allows and as needed

·        Must be self motivated to work independently

 

·        The pay rate is approximately $15.00 – 17.00 hour to start.

         

This position requires at least two years of recent work experience as Medical Insurance Specialist / Patient Coordinator in a medical office or clinic setting.

Well established private practice looking for an experienced Medical Assistant / Surgery Scheduler to Support 2 Physician / Surgeons.  The office is centrally located in San Diego.   

 

Requirements and responsibilities:

 

·        Minimum 2 years work experience as a Medical Assistant with experience in clinical patient care – rooming patient and assisting with minor office procedures.

 

·        Experience with insurance authorizations and scheduling for tests, procedures or surgery.

 

·        Clinical patient care for pre op and post op visits as well as patient education to prepare patients for surgery and post op care.

 

·        Must be able to multi-task in a busy office environment while providing support to Doctors and exceptional customer service.

 

 

The rate of pay is 15.00 hr. to start.  Health benefits, paid holidays and Vacation; 401K savings plan.

 Requirements:

  •  Minimum 2 years recent work experience as a Medical Assistant in a private practice or clinic setting.

  •  Computer literate with MS Word and medical software

 The practice is centrally located in San Diego.

This is a full time permanent position.  Monday through Friday8:30 am to 5:00 pm.   Option to take every other Friday afternoon off.

The rate of pay is $14.00 – 15.50hr. to start based on experience.   Health insurance, paid holidays & vacation.  401K plan

This well established group practice with seven Physicians is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant / Surgery Scheduler.   This position will support one Physician / Surgeon and his patients. 

 
 •  The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting one Physician

     with  clinical patient care in the office for pre op and post op visits.

     Including independent clinical medical care of patients following

     Dr.’s care plan.

 

•   Responsible for all surgery insurance authorizations for one

     Physician.

 

•   Responsible for all surgery scheduling for one Physician.

 

•   Telephone contact with patients to answer questions and concerns,

     educate and  prepare for surgery as well as follow up after surgery.

 

            •   The rate of pay is $16.00 – 19.00hr. to start plus bonus, health

                 insurance,  paid holidays and vacation.   Full time permanent

                 position.

 

              

This position requires at least a year of recent work experience as Medical Assistant with surgery scheduling experience in a medical office or clinic setting.
