Responsibilities
· LVN / Clinical Research Coordinator for a small private practice specializing in pharmaceutical clinical research studies.
· Patient screening and enrollment, educating patients on study goals and answering questions.
· Hands on patient care: rooming patients, vital signs, and other clinical tests per study protocol.
· Adhering to study protocol maintaining proper documentation with attention to detail.
· Regulatory documentation.
Requirements
· Licensed LVN interested in training as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
· Prior work experience in a clinical setting, office or customer service.
· Computer experience with MS Word and E-mail
This is a full time permanent position. Monday – Friday office hours.
Some flexibility / availability with scheduling required
and an occasional evening or weekend shift may be
required.
The rate of pay is $15.00 – 20.00 hr. to start. Health insurance, paid holidays and vacation, retirement savings plan.

Requirements:
· Minimum 2 – 3 years work experience as a Medical Receptionist in a private practice or clinic.
· Computer skills for scheduling appointments and recording patient demographics.
· Strong commitment to first class customer service.
· Excellent verbal & written English language communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Receptionist duties include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and managing appointment calendar for Doctors.
· Checking patients in and out at Front Desk and collecting co pays.
· Provide a positive friendly experience in the Receptionist area

Requirements:
- ARRT licensed with at least a year of hands on work experience as a Radiology Technician preferably with CT scan experience.
- Experience with insurance authorizations and scheduling preferred.
- Computer literate with medical software.
Responsibilities:
- The Radiology Tech will perform CT Scans on patients within a private practice setting according to Physician’s scanning instructions.
- Schedule scans for 7 Providers and obtain insurance pre-authorizations.
- Hand on patient care performing CT Scans following Physicians scanning intructions
