This well established and growing private practice is looking for an experienced Insurance Authorization Specialist / Patient Coordinator for specialty surgery.
Full time direct hire position
· Located centrally in
· Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm schedule
· Heavy phone contact with Patients and Insurance Companies
· Research patients insurance coverage and secure authorizations
· Coordinate care with patients and provide ongoing support and guidance
· Authorizations for tests and procedures
· Schedule test and procedures
· Back up to Receptionist as time allows and as needed
· Must be self motivated to work independently
· The pay rate is approximately $15.00 – 17.00 hour to start.
This position requires at least two years of recent work experience as Medical Insurance Specialist / Patient Coordinator in a medical office or clinic setting.

COSMETIC SURGERY PATIENT COORDINATOR
This established and well respected cosmetic surgeon is looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to support a practice in San Diego, CA. The Patient Coordinator is responsible for marketing the practice as well as in person patient care. Responsibilities include taking phone calls and answering questions regarding cosmetic procedures, scheduling patients to meet with the Doctor. Also meeting with patients to discuss procedures, financial arrangements, scheduling and follow-up care.

This is a full time direct hire position, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- The rate of pay is negotiable based on experience with a base pay rate and bonus.
