Credit Office Assistant

 

This well established local business provides consumer credit verifications for their business customers.  The Credit Office Assistant will call banks and financial institutions to verify funds.  This requires busy outgoing and incoming phone calls and the ability to build relationships with banking professionals while collecting accurate information.   The employer offers a positive and comfortable work environment and would like to find a long term employee who will grow personally and professionally with the company.

 

Requirements:

 

·        High School Graduate.

·        Good English language verbal communication and professional phone manner with ability to build relationships with bank staff.

·        A minimum of 3 – 5 years customer service / sales related work experience with busy phone calls.

·        Credit or banking experience helpful but not required.

·        Available to work Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

 

The office is centrally located in the Hillcrest area of San Diego and provides a clean and comfortable work environment.

 

Full time direct hire position.   Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm. 

 

The pay rate to start is $11.00 hr to start.  You can expect good reviews and raises within the first year.   Health insurance, paid holidays and vacation after probationary period.

This well established local small business sells a industrial supplies to local and national companies.  Seeking a full-time permanent Office Assistant responsible for day to day office work and IT support.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Account Payable, data entry of invoices, matching to P.O.
  • Post and process E-Bay orders
  • Run daily back-ups
  • Resolve technical issues with computer hardware and software
  • Answer incoming telephone calls (back-up) from customers and vendors

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience with office work, data entry, and A/P
  • Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and accurate typing / keyboarding
  • Experience with all types of office equipment and its maintenance

 

This is a full time permanent position. 

Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm      

The office is located in the Morena Blvd. area.

 

The starting pay rate is approx. $2700.00 / month.  Health & dental insurance, paid holidays and vacation. 401K savings plan.
