Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years work experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a private practice or clinic setting.

· Strong commitment to first class customer service.
· Excellent verbal & written English language communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Work independently to provide clinical patient care in a private practice setting.
· See patients for routine office visits as well as management of chronic conditions providing diagnosis and treatment.
· Use EMR for chart notes.
· May (optional) promote health and weight management program as well as counseling and support to patients participating in weight management program.
Minimum hours required 3 days per week. Full-time hours may be available.
Practice hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay rate negotiable based on experience. Health benefits available.
