Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years recent work experience as a Medical Assistant or Nursing     Assistant in a medical office or clinic setting.
• Experience with back office patient care and prescriptions.
• Able to work two locations, La Jolla and Encinitas.

Responsibilities:

• Clinic duties include rooming patients, taking vital signs, preparing trays and assisting with office procedures.  
• Preparing rooms for patients and stocking supplies.
• Telephone responsibilities for Doctors may include triaging calls and calling in  prescriptions.
• Other duties may be assigned.

This is a full time permanent position. Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The rate of pay is $13.00 – 15.00hr. to start based on experience.  Health insurance; paid holidays & vacation.

HOT JOBS – Medical Receptionist – 6 months temporary

   MEDICAL  RECEPTIONIST – 6 month temporary position

 This is a 6 month temporary Front Desk Medical Receptionist position for two Physicians.  The Receptionist is responsible for answering phone calls for the Physicians, triaging calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, checking patients in and out, checking insurance and collecting co-pay.  Other duties may be assigned.

•  The office is located close to Alvarado Hospital
•  Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with every other Monday off.
•  The rate of pay is 14.00 – 15.00 hr.
•  The practice offers a professional and friendly work environment.

This well established and growing private practice is looking for an experienced Insurance Authorization Specialist / Patient Coordinator for specialty surgery.

 

Part time to start working into a full time permanent position

 

·        Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 12:00  noon

·        Located centrally in San Diego

·        Heavy phone contact with Patients and Insurance Companies

·        Research patients insurance coverage and secure authorization  

·        Coordinate care with patients and provide ongoing support and guidance

·        Authorizations for tests and procedures

·        Schedule test and procedures

·        Back up to Receptionist as time allows

·        Must be self motivated to work independently

 

·        The pay rate is approximately $13.00 – 15.00 hour to start.
