Customer Service / Telephone Technical Support

 

 

This growing company sells a consumer product nationally. The product is a hearing devise with basic electronic wiring and technology.

 

 

  • The company is willing to train the right person with a basic technical aptitude.
  • The Technical Support Specialist takes incoming calls from customers calling on the telephone and provides telephone technical support to help with installation and use of the product.
  • The position requires a good phone voice, excellent English language communication skills, good listening skills and patience to work with customers over the phone who may be elderly and hard of hearing.
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills required.

This is a full time direct hire position. Various full time shifts open.   The company is located in the Rancho San Diego / Spring Valley area.

 

The compensation package includes a base pay of $11- 12.00 hr. plus a commission based on add on sales.   Health insurance, paid holidays and paid vacation.
