- The company is willing to train the right person with a basic technical aptitude.
- The Technical Support Specialist takes incoming calls from customers calling on the telephone and provides telephone technical support to help with installation and use of the product.
- The position requires a good phone voice, excellent English language communication skills, good listening skills and patience to work with customers over the phone who may be elderly and hard of hearing.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills required.
