This growing company sells a consumer product nationally. The product is a hearing devise with basic electronic wiring and technology.

 

 

  • The company is willing to train the right person with a basic technical aptitude.
  • The Technical Support Specialist takes incoming calls from customers calling on the telephone and provides telephone technical support to help with installation and use of the product.
  • The position requires a good phone voice, excellent English language communication skills, good listening skills and patience to work with customers over the phone who may be elderly and hard of hearing.
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills required.

This is a full time direct hire position. Various full time shifts open.   The company is located in the Rancho San Diego / Spring Valley area.

 

The compensation package includes a base pay of $11- 12.00 hr. plus a commission based on add on sales.   Health insurance, paid holidays and paid vacation.

 Pay range:                   $11.00 hr. to start + commission and

  Sales / Customer Service Representative Job Description

 

As a Sales / Customer Service Representative with this well established and growing company you will be answering incoming calls and providing first

class customer service.  You will be using your telephone customer and sales skills to present the products and add on sales.  You will be using your office skills to enter and process orders on the company computer system.   Sales / Customer Service Responsibilities

 

As a Sales / Customer Service Representative you will be asked to answer incoming calls from customers responding to print advertising, web site advertising and referrals.  Answer questions providing product knowledge and present add on sales.  Take customer orders over the phone; enter orders and payment information to computer.

 

  Job Requirements

 

  • High School graduate
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills
  • A minimum of 2 years telephone sales / customer service experience
  • Excellent English language verbal communication skills

Credit Office Assistant

 

This well established local business provides consumer credit verifications for their business customers.  The Credit Office Assistant will call banks and financial institutions to verify funds.  This requires busy outgoing and incoming phone calls and the ability to build relationships with banking professionals while collecting accurate information.   The employer offers a positive and comfortable work environment and would like to find a long term employee who will grow personally and professionally with the company.

 

Requirements:

 

·        High School Graduate.

·        Good English language verbal communication and professional phone manner with ability to build relationships with bank staff.

·        A minimum of 3 – 5 years customer service / sales related work experience with busy phone calls.

·        Credit or banking experience helpful but not required.

·        Available to work Monday – Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

 

The office is centrally located in the Hillcrest area of San Diego and provides a clean and comfortable work environment.

 

Full time direct hire position.   Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm. 

 

The pay rate to start is $11.00 hr to start.  You can expect good reviews and raises within the first year.   Health insurance, paid holidays and vacation after probationary period.

MEDICAL INSURANCE BILLER – Ophthalmology

 

 

Busy private practice with four Physicians looking for an experienced Ophthalmology Medical Insurance Biller.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Entering charges using Medical software program. 
  • Submit claims to HMO, PPO and Government insurance companies for payment
  • Electronic billing
  • Insurance verifications and authorizations
  • Follow-up and appeals on unpaid and denied claims
  • Posting payments
  • Balance and produce daily, weekly and month end reports

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 – 5 years recent work experience as a Medical Biller in private practice
  • Knowledge of billing and coding for ophthalmology preferred
  • Able to work independently and as a team member with billing and follow-up responsibility
  • Strong computer skills with MS Office, Word, Excel and Medical billing software.

 

 The office is centrally located in San Diego. 

 The pay rate is $17 – 20.00 hr. to start.
